The rappers were in the midst of a show in Camden, New Jersey, when the front railing that separates fans from the stage gave out. People began toppling forward in the tightly packed venue.

As seen in the video, fans ended up toppling down a wall that was elevated 10 feet above the concrete ground. Security can also be seen entering the fray to clean up the problem.
Ultimately, over 40 people were injured in the accident. Though most people’s injuries were minor, at least one person was placed in critical condition at a nearby hospital. One concert-goer stated that she saw at least three people being taken away to get medical attention and more than 20 people limping.
A makeshift medical attention area was set up in the parking lot to avoid the cramped inner portion of the venue.
